After breakfast, visit to Phobjikha Valley, also known as "The Valley of Black Necked Cranes," renowned for its vast U-shaped glacial valley and as a habitat for Black-Necked Cranes. Later, explore Gangtey Gompa/Phobjikha (3,000m/9,845ft). This valley is among the most beautiful and scenic in Bhutan, on the slope overlooking the Gangtey monastery, dating back to the 17th century. It is one of the oldest and largest monasteries of the Nyingma (Red Hat Sect) school of Buddhism. Evening back to Punakha. Indian Dinner. Overnight at Punakha.
